Home stay families are not only for young people but for anyone that wants to practice Spanish conversation. Apartments are perfect for young couples or for people that travel together, and for adults that are used to having a certain independence. Residences are ideal for young people who want to live with other young people and experience new cultures and friendships. Hostels and Hotels are only for those people that come for a short amount of time and that want to enjoy the services that these offer.

Homestay
Every family is selected with great care so that we can satisfy the student and at the same time offer a family that can give time and present the real Mexican culture. One of the characteristics of our families is that they are selected especially to offer time to interational students so that they can improve their Spanish knowledge. In case the student is not satisfied with the family, alternative arrangements can be made with one other family. Please note that these accommodations have a limited booking because we want to offer the best of our families. We will choose your host according to your requests such as type of family, number of members in the family, animals, ages, religion, allergies and other factors. The home stay accommodation is located as close as possible to the school but please remember that Merida is a big city and we sometimes suggest homes at some distance in order to assure high quality and satisfaction.

Single room and shared room in residence
This option is the most ideal one for young people that would like to live with friends and students like themselves. This option also offers you independence 24 hours a day and also the value of sharing bathrooms, kitchen and common areas. Residence offers a bed with linen, night table, desk, closet, maid service for common areas, wireless internet and a close location to the school, in this way you can find all types of services around your area. Once you are registred you will receive the following:

Apartment
This type of accommodation is only available for those people that have made a reservation in the first 2 weeks of every month. The apartment has its own kitchen, own bathroom, television, double size bed, desk, closet and its location is very close to the school. Once you are registred you will receive the following:

Hostels and Hotels
If you wish, we offer you a list of hostals and hotels of all categories so we can make the reservation for you. We can also recommend something according to our experience and the most convinient hostal or hotel for you. Once you are registred you will receive the following:
